SensorZone works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend Chrome for the best experience, especially for video streaming features.
The SensorZone dashboard is a web application optimized for desktop screens. While it will load on mobile browsers, the full experience (maps, charts, data tables) works best on a tablet or desktop.
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive a password reset link. If your organization uses SSO, contact your IT department instead.
SensorZone processes data in real time. Incursion events typically appear on the dashboard within seconds of occurring in the field. Some aggregated metrics (charts, summaries) refresh when you change filters or reload the page.
Yes. You can:
  • Generate reports as PDF or CSV from the Reports page

This is the key normalized safety metric. It divides the total number of incursions by the total machine runtime hours in the selected period. This accounts for variations in machine usage — a machine running 8 hours with 4 incursions has the same rate as one running 4 hours with 2 incursions. Lower is better.
A Project is an organizational group (like a client or contract). A Site (worksite) is a geographic area on the map. Projects contain one or more sites. You can filter data by project to see all sites within it.
